Sean S. V. Homrig
Sean is an associate attorney with BarnettGarcia. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2008 and received his preparatory education from Columbia College and his law degree from the St. Mary’s University School of Law. Mr. Homrig practice focuses on representing insurance carriers, creditors and financial institutions in state and federal forums.
Originally from Chicago, Sean attended Columbia College, where he majored in television and film studies. After working as everything from an administrative assistant to directing murder mystery events, he moved to Austin, Texas in 2000. Sean attended St. Mary’s University School of Law and spent two semesters working in the School’s Community Development Program, during which he did research for a Texas municipality on a freedom of religion issue. Sean joined Barnett & Garcia in December, 2007 as a law clerk and, after passing the bar exam, began working for the firm as an attorney in May, 2008.
