Ian A. McCarthy
Mr. McCarthy is an associate attorney with Barnett & Garcia. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2011 and received his preparatory education from Texas State University and his law degree from South Texas College of Law. While at South Texas College of Law, he served as Articles Editor for the Corporate Counsel Review and won several awards for his moot court presentations and brief writing. His practice focuses on representing insurance carriers, creditors and financial institutions in state and federal forums. Mr. McCarthy is also licensed to practice in Arizona and California.
